A hotel room deeded in your name before a notary and registered with its own cadastral account in the Property Registry of the country where the hotel is located. You are the owner of the property: it is not a share in a fund, not a right of use, not a timeshare.

But you are not just buying square metres. You are buying a productive unit inside a running business — the hotel — operated and managed 100% by Wyndham. You manage nothing: the investment is fully passive from day one.

And unlike a conventional property purchase, your room comes with a contractual commitment to a minimum 8% annual return from the moment you invest. An asset of your own, transferable and inheritable, that also produces from day one.

Yes. You sign today and you start accruing the 8% annual yield on your investment today, not when the hotel opens its doors.

It is a contractual commitment with One Trade S.A., not a return projection: fixed, on the purchase price, independent of occupancy. And if the hotel yields above 8%, you collect the higher figure. Never the lower one.

During construction it is settled every year. From opening, every quarter. And if anything is delayed on site, your yield keeps running all the same from the first day of the investment.

Yes. The room is your real estate asset and may be transferred at any time. The contract with Wyndham is transferred to the new owner under the same conditions.

Each jurisdiction has its own regime. In Paraguay, foreign investors are taxed according to the nature of the vehicle through which they invested (foreign legal entity, foreign individual, Paraguayan legal entity, Paraguayan individual). Paraguay's baseline standard is 10% on Paraguayan-source yields (with applicable double taxation treaties).

One Trade's legal team provides a specific tax memorandum for each investor's country of residence before signing, to guide them on the relevant tax obligations.

When formalising the investment, the investor signs a purchase agreement with all its legal annexes, which include the hotel management agreement entered into between One Trade S.A. and Wyndham. This document legally ties the asset's management to an international hotel chain before construction is complete, which guarantees operational continuity and protects the projected return.

Once construction is completed, the horizontal subdivision of the property is carried out in accordance with applicable regulations, at which point each investor receives the public deed for their unit in their name. In other words, the investor acquires a real asset, with individual title of ownership and full registry backing.
